Refund policy
At Deadasscheeze, we care about your experience and want you to love what you get. Every product is made, packed, and shipped with genuine effort — but if something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve got you covered (within reason 😎).
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
- You received a wrong, damaged, or defective item.
- The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
📸 Customers must share clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item within 72 hours of delivery to initiate a return request. Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you on how to send it back.
🖤 Note: As we grow, we currently don’t offer returns for “change of mind,” “wrong size ordered,” or “didn’t like the color.” We’re continuously improving and may add flexible exchanges soon.
Refunds
- Once your return passes inspection, your refund will be issued as:
- Store credit (fastest), or
- To your original payment method (within 7–10 working days).
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, they enter processing and can’t be stopped.
(We move fast — literally.)
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges right now.
You can return your item (if eligible) and use your store credit to reorder your preferred product or size.
Other Conditions
- Deadasscheeze isn’t responsible for courier delays or damage caused by third-party shipping partners, but we’ll assist you in raising a claim if applicable.
- All returns, refunds, and cancellations are subject to Deadasscheeze’s final discretion and must comply with this policy.
